Hey there, my certified specialties are in Fitness Theory, Weight Training, Group Fitness and Personal Training. My fitness and athletic background comes from numerous sports. All Throughout high school I've played lacrosse, wrestled, and ran track, and was being selected for multiple athletic awards. I have played hockey and football all my life until recently, where I was originally recruited to Simon Fraser University to play football after my senior season. After a hard decision, I chose to give that up for powerlifting, which as lead me to break 3 CPU National Records. My training philosophy is leading by example, and receiving what you put in. I believe in prioritizing recovery, healthy habits, structured programming, and the why behind everything I program and teach. Progress is obtained by being methodical, hard work and accountability. I look forward to train anyone who wants to get better, no matter the fitness level. I love to train powerlifters, athletes, bodybuilders and anyone trying to better themselves physically and mentally.
